i have some questions about ct’s hp-mass routine.
1)i can’t go to gym 7 days a week.i go at least 5.
could i do something like
monday:upper body pressing/1 lower body exercise
tuesday:upper body pressing/1 lower body exercise
wednesday:lower body pressing/1 upper body exercise
thursday:lower body pressing/1 upper body exercise
friday:back biceps
???
or it is better to do wednesday back and biceps and then thursday and friday lower body pressing?
2)here in greece the most of the gyms hasn’t got rings and prowlers.
what could i do for assistance work?
for my back i do w.g. pull ups and c.g chins without eccentric phase but then what can i do…??
could i choose 3-4 exercises like christian says and do 3 cycles?
and what about lower body assistance work where christian do only eccentric less training for assistance work?
thanks men…
i know that i can’t do my questions to christian because i am not a member in livespill for this
my questions are for people who have done this programm and have some experience on this.
If you have the equipment do it as described. If you don’t have the equipment you can’t do it as described, so all in all, I’d say this isn’t the program for you.

Yup. Just find a program you can commit to fully and have access to everything you need.
Then, Use the HPMass PRINCIPLES in the program (Increased Frequency, Explosive Reps, focus on a few “money” exercises)
Well, I am doing the HP MASS program and the IBB as well, what I would say is that you need to look at the neural workouts and figure out what they are. You can do the Neural work at your house… Simply do any of the plyo push up variations mixed with any jump variations… 4 sets of 6 reps, do them on the weekend.
As far as assistance work for the back, you can do pull up variations… i.e. wide grip pull ups, close grip pull ups, close grip chin ups, wide grip chin ups, mix grip chin ups, any horizontal pull ups, face pulls.
For leg assistance work, do sprints and backward sprints, or any plyometrics.
i do neural work on weekends.
