How's my T-Dawg Diet?

Can someone tell me how I’m doing following T-Dawg please

B - Denver Omlette

S - Handful of mixed nuts and seeds (almonds, sunflower and pumpkin)

Pre/Post Workout - Chocolate Milk (20g p, 60g C, 5g fat)

L - Cheese Savoury Salad

S - Pepperoni chips or deviled eggs or peanut butter balls

D - meat (beef of chicken) and veg

Provide more detailed amounts for each meal. As in how many eggs, which vegs, how much nuts, what a savoury salad is etc.

And that second snack looks pretty weak, no matter the choice
