How Well Does Clenbuterol Work?

I would occasionally get headaches while on clen (200mcg/d), but nothing too extreme.

The worst sides for me were the cramps. I’d get horrible cramps in the arches of my feet during strongman-type circuit training outdoors on grass and hand cramps when doing exercises with unusual grips (like rope pullups)

It also kind of killed my desire to dip (chew tobacco) because the shakes would get out of control between the clen and the nicotine.

shit’ terrible for cardiac tissue. It causes taurine excretion from cardiac tissue and can aggravate “valve issues”. With that said, prepare for the shakes. Make sure you’re supplementing with taurine…I don’t know, the stuff just makes me nervous. On a cost/benefit deal, I think you have safer alternatives that can be as effective.

Would I need to find a “shady” dealer to get Clen or are there online options? Is it illegal?

It might have just been underdosed research chems, but I was taking a full cc of 200mcg/ml chem.

I’ve always handled stims well, caffeine, nicotine, ephedrine, etc…

I tried clen to try and lean up but it didn’t seem to work for me was i doing something wrong ? Should I have been taking something with it ?

Clen by itself will not make you lean, your diet has to be in line for fat loss. Clen stimulates your metabolism and you will burn more calories at rest. If you are still eating say, 500 calories over maintenance, even with clen nothing will happen. It doesn’t work like that.

i am currently on 0.8mcg clen - 2 days on, 2 days off. 1mcg tren every 3 days and winstrol every 3 days. i am cutting like crazy. muscles have a shredded and hard look.

when u begin the cycle u do experience major shakes and headaches do occur now and then but they subside. I am def training harder than ever before as i feel like the adrenaline is surging thru.

I’m currently on day 12 of a 2 week cycle
Dosage take as follows:
Day 1: 60 mcg
Day 2-3: 80 mcg
Day 4-5: 100 mcg
Day 6-8: 120 mcg
Day 9: 130 mcg
Day 10-14: 140 mcg

I increased dose when side effects (shakiness and insomnia) didn’t feel significant enough.
I have lost 8 pounds so far, and have experienced a slight decrease in appetite. I am taking this with 500 mg test enanthate a week.
Working out 6 days for with 20 minutes of stairMaster included after every workout. I’m gonna be honest, this is not a magic pill. You need to really limit your carbs to 60-70 g or less a day and eat clean. I can very easily see how if you just were to take this and not change your diet or push yourself that you wouldn’t expericne any weight loss at all. Hope This helped
