Should HCG be administered I.M. or Sub-q? And which is more effective?

Also what is the best solution for storing HCG
after mixed?
HCG is best delivered SQ according to my doctor. HCG when refrigerated will keep between 60 and 80 days. If not kept in the fridge, it has a life span of maybe a week.

I agree to the above and will add that 250iu EOD keeps the twins up and running
Middle of my cycle I use 250 IU E3D, then the last week bump to EOD, works well for me. I add 1-3 ml of bac water depending how diluted I want it. Also Sub q.

Either way will work, but subq is preferred because you’ll get a more prolonged release of the HCG and you’ll damage less tissue along the way.
Thanks for the responses. I’ve read a lot
about sub-q injections the last few days
and I’m going to shoot HCG tonight. Hopefully
it goes well.

After the draw, put the cap back on the needle and put the syringe under your armpit for a couple of minutes, to warm it up.
I’ve used 31s with HCG. Pop it in quick, you won’t feel a thing.
I think HCG is better than Cyp. I’ve had to use 200 mg of cyp twice per week to notice anything. Use HCG EOD, 250 IU minimum.
All the best. HH
I personally prefer IM but everyone is right that sub-Q is perfectly acceptable.
With a sharp 29 gauge and slow injection actually as personal opinion it seems to me that IM is easier on the tissues. There seems more room for it to seep between muscle fibers than there is sub-Q without creating a “bubble” (albeit invisible if done properly.)
This would be even moreso with 31’s, which I have not used but just from what makes sense.
And, it seems to me, though I agree it could be because of the nature of insulin, that insulin users suffer more site-related damage than steroid users who do say two oil-based 29-gauge IM shots per day plus say one water-based.
Also just personally I hate sub-Q, and so if another person is the other way around and enjoys sub-Q but hates IM, their feelings would be completely different.
Anyway certainly either can be done. I don’t think pharmacokinetic differences are important.
Incidentally, a fact I hadn’t known till relatively recently is that the argument that HCG has this quite long half-life and therefore injections can be infrequent is not fully true. I’d known results-wise that it wasn’t true, but it turns out that the half-life part is actually more complicated. It has a biphasic half-life, the first of which is fairly short. Which matches up with every day or EOD being better, as it is, than the same total amount taken just once or twice per week.
Thanks for chiming in, Bill.
I’ll also add that I went the IM route with HCG during my first cycle (I’ve since switched to subQ) and I usually included prop in the same syringe. And mixing that oil and water never did cause any problems.
HCG has a half-life of approximately 30 hours, so I can see how ED dosing would be more favourable.
While storing it in the refrigerator, whats the most convenient method of storing it? in the syringe?
Not trying to hijack, but is HCG a controlled substance?
Using 250iu/EOD, I load a 30gx1ml syringe to the 100 mark, and after injecting I wipe the tip and place it back in needle guard and store in the same box the HCG vials come in until it’s empty. It’s convenient for me to IM my T shots EOD too. The opposite EOD of the HCG.

Not like a narcotic or steroids, but it does require a prescription in the USA. Other countries are much more casual.
Humatrope, HgH is typically sold in 5mg vials with a substrate that is added to activate and keep the substance fresh for at least 15 days. I think most veterans will tell you that 2-4IU’s injected right under your “fat roll” skin around your belly is typical of administration. A 5mg bottle yielding 15ml should last you 7-8 applications if you use the ‘recommended’ 2IU’s per day. I could not even begin to imagine doisng at the levels your implying here.
STOP, seriously just quit posting and go to BB.com. You are doing nothing but confusing beginners trying to learn and fudging up otherwise good threads with your incorrect and inaccurate information that so far on just about every thread has not even been related to the subject at hand. If you would once again JUST READ then you will see we are discussing H-C-G NOT HGH
once again sorry OP and BTW i prefer subQ ED ![]()
