HCG Questions

OK, so I have never run HCG before but plan on giving it a go this cycle at 250iu E3D…if anyone has a better protocol please let me know.

so I have the powder and bacteriostatic water…I mix the two in the sterile powder vial with a syringe (letting the bac water run down the side and gently swirling it to mix the two) and then I have my HCG ready to use…My issue is this…

I believe that the 2,500iu HCG mixture needs to be used within 3 weeks…my protocol will have me finishing it in a little over 4 weeks…what do I do to keep it fresh? do I pre-fill syringes and leave them in the fridge?

Also, do I shoot it Subq or IM?

thanks for the help guys.

FG

Sub Q and always leave the prepared solution in the fridge.

Most guys on TRT seem to follow the same protocol or close to what you are going to use. I cant see them throwing the last of the previously made solution out if they go slightly over the 3-4 week barrier.

yes it is fine if kept refrigerated and always sub-q inj as said.

how long does the solution last in the fridge? i think i got some goin on a year still in my fridge. is it trash?

On TRT, 250iu SC EOD, a 10,000iu multi-dose vial lasts 80 days. This does not seem to cause a problem. Product package states 60 days.

Research supports the use of 250iu EOD to maintain testicular function [ITT] when young males are HTTP suppressed with testosterone injections:

With ampules, you must pre-load insulin syringes.

So you would recommend EOD for 250iu then? I had the same HCG protocol listed in my cycle as FG has posted up top and I’m curious as to what the best way to go about this.

60-day potency was always listed on my pharm-grade HCG as well.

I was also influenced by Bill Roberts to switch over to IM and I do prefer that now.

what is the difference? why do you prefer IM?

No real difference since both routes are completely acceptable. I found that I could feel the subq more, whereas IMs are completely painless.

Good info from Bill Roberts in this thread:

ED dosing is best since the half-life of HCG is ~30 hours.
