how to take mag 10

do u have to hold mag10 in your mouth or can you just swallow it.

I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt, but not the answer. I answered this question yesterday and the answer is now on page 2 of the board. Scroll down and click on “next 25 messages” and look for a post entitled “mag-10 taking”. Just a reminder for next time: read throught most of the current posts before you ask a real simple question. The answers are often already there.

jason n seems like you woke up with somethin in your butt this morning. Sorry i thought this forum was for everyone to help eachother. Not for some pencle neck comp geek to tell me to scroll for the next 25 messages.

Sorry bud. I guess I came off rude. I forget that sometimes people come here and just need help with a simple question and don’t want to necessarily reside on this board. BTW, this topic has been thoroughly discussed. There is no advantage to holding the MAG-10 in your mouth according to Bill Roberts who developed the product.

Why don’t you just blow it out your ass? Jason is without a doubt one of the most dedicated and informed contributors to this forum. Furthermore, in light of your original post, you might consider that he is so respected not only because he is very intelligent, but also because he actually knows how to construct a sentence in proper English. So, why don’t “u” get with the program and start using capital letters and question marks? While you’re at it, get educated so that you’ll actually be smart enough to put newbies in their place, rather than erroneously bitching at one of the people who makes this forum as valuable a tool as it is.

Jason, sorry i came off rude also. Just used to holding liquid prohoromones in my mouth. Thanks for the answer. Just wanted to make sure i wasnt wasting a bottle with incorrect usage.

to eric–if you call 200 pounds of lean muscle on a 5’11 frame your fucking dumb. I make u look tiny. your 5’8 and fat. SUCKS TO BE YOU.

you think im a little shit eric. I tower over you. Your little, short, and fat from what i can tell from your other posts. You would be dumb to call a little shit. Your probably a creatine serum beleiver also. Moron.

Look, you’ve got to chill and relax. Eric jumped on you to support me. There is a brotherhood on this forum and if you plan on using this board, you have to show respect for the people who post here. I realize that my initial response was the wrong way to answer your question. I have never seen you on this board before and usually when I see someone for the first time, I try to point out the usefulness of the search engine or information contained in other posts or articles. I came off condescending rather than helpful, and for that I’m sorry. But you can’t go and start mouthing off to other people here. You’re 5’11 and a lean 200; that’s great. You’re just a little farther down the line than some of us “works in progress”. If you want to share information and learn from the others here, then stick around. If you want to call people names, then I don’t think you will find a lot of success on this board.

“Your” implies a possessive. “You’re” should be used in place of “you are.” I may not be as far along as you in terms of size, but my knowledge is definitely up there, and most employers would hire me over you anyday with that grammar. As an aside, how many years of training did you lose because you were in a hospital with a bum liver? Did you drop 80 lbs. and everything that was given to you naturally? I’ve put on 65 lbs. since April of 2000 because I am willing to make the effort to learn and then apply what I’ve learned in the gym and in the kitchen. On that note, how about we call a truce in light of the brotherhood Jason just described? Peace, bro-there are more important things in life that bickering. Congratulations of your gains.

“Rudeness is a virtue” People prove it more on anonymous, “can’t see the real me” posting boards. More time is wasted by “flaming” than just anwering a question. (dumb or not) Flaming is very “spineless”, bet you don’t do it regularly in “real” in-the-flesh life.

I agree with you. Sometimes when you are answering a string of posts, you write a quick response and move on. I realize that my original answer came out in a condescending tone. Honestly, I did not mean for this to happen and I did apologize. For this exact reason, I have decided to use my full name in all of my future posts. Not because I think that it makes me a bigger man because I can no longer hide behind an annonymous initial, but because it will ensure that I only say what I would say to others face to face. I’ve been involved in this field long enough to know that there are people out there and probably a few on this forum who will recognize my name. Anyway, I made a mistake and it pissed someone off and he may never come back. I make mistakes in life. So do most other people. For a brief moment, I used a “muscle with arrogance” approach rather than “muscle with attitude”. I own up to my mistakes and I will probably make another, but I will try not to.

I’m upset about the way this whole thing developed, and I’ll be the first one to say I wish it had never happened. I would just like to say that I can completely understand where all parties are coming from. First of all, I have never seen b post on this board before. His post was relatively terse and seemingly careless, so I can understand why Jason treated him like the typical newbie. Jason is very experienced, and I think he, like all of us, enjoys when the forum addresses new, in-depth issues instead of rehashing old stuff. Meanwhile, b was asking a reasonable question. Like many of us, he’s probably pretty busy, so surfing endlessly through the archives isn’t all that convenient. I can understand that he, as a newcomer to this forum (but certainly not to training), would take offense to such a reply. I, on the other hand, should have kept my mouth shut. However, I have the utmost respect for Jason, who has educated and supported me in the past,so I took it to heart when I should have let bygones be bygones. Unfortunately, nobody knew what anyone else was thinking, and we digressed into silly personal attacks that benefit nobody. We’re all here to learn and improve while helping others to do the same. I sincerely hope that everyone involved will continue to post, as I’m sure that the potential benefits of doing so far outweigh the negative consequences of bickering. I apologize. Let’s send this one to the black hole of the T-Mag archives and get back to business!

Very well put and handled Eric!!!

I agree, lets let this one pass. APOLOGIES TO EVERYONE INVOLVED.
