I remembered you when Iāve changed my protein macro from 1.6-1.8 to 2.2-2.3. In such conversation you talked something like āeat protein to satietyā.
In practical terms⦠150-160 g to 190-200 g/day.
With my blood and urine tests ok, Iāve decided to do this change together with other actions in my meal plan.
From that change to present time I donāt feel hungry anymore.

My sleep is a not as good as it used to be and the soreness from workouts now lasts about 4 days. Mood is most of the time good but some hours of the day Iām very agitated. Cooking skills have improved as the stuff I can eat should taste good now haha
