My weight stayed relatively constant this week.

Moving up and down between 88.9 kg and 89.3 kg.

01/29 - 89.3 kg
01/30 - 89.1 kg
01/31 - 88.9 kg

On average I’m 1 pound lighter than last week.

Thinking about dropping calories down to 2500 kcals per day.

Keep at it brownbear! We’ll make it. Only 5 weeks left.

Also your progress is so fast that your deficit must be serious as I think I suggested above. The higher weight also helps you losing faster. That even motivates me, seeing the pounds fly off from you!

No, Ozempic is there, at the refrigerator.

I remembered you when I’ve changed my protein macro from 1.6-1.8 to 2.2-2.3. In such conversation you talked something like ā€˜eat protein to satiety’.
In practical terms… 150-160 g to 190-200 g/day.
With my blood and urine tests ok, I’ve decided to do this change together with other actions in my meal plan.
From that change to present time I don’t feel hungry anymore.

Solid week of weight loss. Your doing great. Keep it up. Ive been doing some adaption for the last two weeks now beginning a fairly hard cut tomorrow for the next 10 weeks or so.

Yes, the training sessions are being minimalist. It is the 5/3/1 FSL (with a very light training max) plus one accessory.

If think some weight loss is water(probably) take a weekly waist measurement also.
Best do both relaxed and sucked in for consistency

How are you doing brownbear?

My sleep is a not as good as it used to be and the soreness from workouts now lasts about 4 days. Mood is most of the time good but some hours of the day I’m very agitated. Cooking skills have improved as the stuff I can eat should taste good now haha
