But, today I will do a simple cheat meal just to relax a little bit, and - I hope - to cause some confusion on T2, T3 and TSH and avoid, who know, eventual plateaus (Lyle allows it… he’s a good man…).

What great progress. You are changing your whole trajectory of life by the day. Keep it up!

I think a cheat meal might be good. Carbs restore leptin sensitivity and rT3 increases with prolonged dieting slowing metabolism. Also serotonin decreases on long diets especially low carb. So having a meal with carbs every few weeks is a good idea.
