Sorry, I’m not sure what you’re asking.
No. I was talking about adding 1000 cal from PB alone. Most of us would start gaining bad weight, especially if we haven’t first established a good baseline of protein everyday. All natural PB with no sugar added is 75% cals from fat and only 17% from protein.
If OG is truly hitting 3500 cals a day and hitting 200+g of protein and not gaining, by all means, take PB by the spoonful. More than likely he’s eating 50g of protein and only hitting like 2000 cals, in which case, pounding PB will not help him gain lean mass.

Eating excess fat will be stored as fat more so than protein and carbs. I will try to find it but, there is a paper explaining it. They measured the amount stored.
He is pointing out that most were not assuming he was eating as much as he believes. Which is why I asked for his stats and diet breakdown.

For 41 years I had a 7:30am to 4:00pm job. We had a 15 minute break in the AM and the PM, with a 30 minute lunch at noon. I brought 3 cans of tuna fish with some carbohydrates to work. I ate breakfast before I went to work. I ate dinner after I worked out. I ate some protein and starch before going to bed. I wanted it bad enough to make it a priority in my life. BTW, I was given the nickname at work Tunaman

It does if you are out late, and drinking more than eating, while you chase it.
The best sex to gain weight is to have someone who loves sex and appreciates your quest to put on some real muscle. It needs to be a relationship with minimal emotional stress. You don’t need any excess cortisol.
The other option is a casual sex partner that may just drop by.
Most important thing: Minimize emotional stress!

Yep agreed, Im from the Pacific islands originally and we used to use a hack of sorts for skinny guys in rugby which was a 400g can of coconut cream with a scoop a whey.
Very calorie dense and tastes like kaka unless you have it chilled, my lil bro was skinny and would leave a can in the fridge and sip all day, little sips here and there and I remember he went from 70kg to 80kg in the off season but he was in the middle of puberty too so…
