anyone recommend a Natural A.I solution at all PLEASE guys, besides drug i don’t want the Drug Arimidex Longterm, so what else from NATURE can do it’s Job similar? i heard Agaricus Bisporus Extract of White Cap Mushroom if you heard and what else?

Hope someone did Experiment with any Natural A.I and had any success to share. Also what FOOD in my Diet can CUT down the Estrogen FAT from T.R.T?

No idea what you mean by estrogen fat. Fat is fat. If you want to be less fat pick any workout plan from this site, cleanup your diet, eat at a slight deficit. Do this for as long as it takes. No shortcuts.

Is it possible if i am not taking A.I enough i could get AROMATASED Fat? not just fat from Foods i’m eating?

I think if e2 gets elevated a bit it’s more of bloating like water retention. Not fat

Way over thinking things. Fat is fat is fat. If you want to lose fat workout and eat at a slight deficit. An AI will have zero impact on body fat percentage. Also, T will have zero (minimal) impact on body fat percentage unless you put the work in. Unfortunately there is no silver bullet or easy way around this. You have to put the work in.

So basically when a Man is on TESTOSTERONE therapy, and if this man sits around the House All Day Do you think most of the TEST will be FAT on his body is what you saying? if you don’t do gym workouts on arms & chests,will have fatter arms and chest Do you think so?
same applied if you did do that too. Fact or not Fact if the man becomes quite idle

There is only one way to lose fat. Period, end of story. AI, T, E2 etc cannot and will not increase or decrease fat on their own. If you want to lose fat you have to be in a calorie deficit. If you’re gaining fat it’s not because of treatment it’s because you’re eating in a calorie surplus. It’s arithmatic, it’s really simple. For instance, after dealing with 10 years of cancer I can tell you it’s not the chemo that makes you lose weight, it’s the fact you can’t eat.

I am low fat Diet though kinda, I drink some Light coconut milk, and mostly EATEN baked Potatos right now 5 to 6 of them, 3 times this past week, with 3-4 organic eggs. that’s 1 meal a day too. i don’t eat Breakfast or supper much at all anymore.

Read the nutrition articles, and basically every post in the beginner section. Sounds like you eat a ton of carbs, and very little fat and protein. Basically, your macros appear to be a mess. Fix the diet and good things will come. For now go read everything about nutrition on this site and implement what you learn asap. Good luck.

Its the lack of balance that are the problem not the carbs themselves. Fat gain doesn’t come from any particular macro its calories in vs calories out. But at the same time you need to consume enough protein and calories to not put your body in a catabolic state. You put yourself in a catabolic state you will burn your existing muscle mass before burning the fat. Your muscle takes more metabolic energy to maintain therefore if you don’t give it the building blocks it needs (i.e. protein) both muscle and fat go and you just become a smaller version of the same shape you were before. From what you described above you don’t seem to be doing either, consuming enough protein or consuming enough calories in general but you may have been over generalizing your diet. To me protein is your most important macro and that definitely needs to be fixed.

of course i take in enough calories, i get 2,500 every single day the Recommend Daily for a Male, i get loads of fat too, i drink Organic fat Reduced Coconut milk 1 litre every DAY practically, gives you 1,200 calories 8G’s saturated fat per 1litre. alone from coconut milks. I eat Chickpeas for Protein they also called garbanzo beans 1pack of chickpeas 25 grams of protein. and get 1gram of protein every 100ml of the coconut milk according to it’s bottle. so if i drink 1000ml coconut milk 10 grams of protein.

so i get enough protein per day i think. i get all from beans mainly organic Garbanzo beans(Chickpeas) i also have Organic Whey protein grass-fed 25G protein per serving not used the whey much yet.

I am Vegan again more or less, i also supplement B vitamins including of course B12. I consume all my FAT from Light Coconut Milk i don’t eat MEAT right now, but consume Organic Eggs for Fats/nutrients so i guess not a full vegan haha

i gained weight on T.R.T too not Catabolic at all man, muscle is still same size not shrunk. i was 150lbs before TRT and now up to 158 pounds lots better 8 Pounds in these past 2 weeks since adding more Coconut Milk.

@rise80 this whole post is about me having more extra fat Man i just need to turn it muscle because it’s no good being fat @rise80 What you think bro. my Weight goal is 162 pounds of pure muscle. i don’t want to be higher than 162 or lower so 4 more pounds needed to gain. I don’t break anymore than 2,800 calories per day though, 2,800 would be my daily calorie threshold.

I had a feeling you were over generalizing your diet above. It is hard to say what you need to do as I don’t know what else you are doing exercise wise.

Lots of leg work, walk every where nonstop. 1 hour plus of walking daily, however i am not back on the WEIGHT lifting right now at all i am going to this week though i have too, i been out of weight lifting for so long over 1 year. I got a Barbell you know to put plate each side. so i can work both the BiCEPS continuously, i will do lots of Heavy weight short sets Low reps, Medium weight Long sets High reps. What also do you think of Coconut Milk for Calories Booster and it’s fat content, do you like coconut milk also or not really? this is Sun ripened coconuts it has a natural sweeter taste. I also eat ORGANIC bananas for fruits too. Do you think a Banana has good Macro? @rise80 @rise80

Yeah I do, dont drink it much but do like it.
I’m biased, as I’m a gym rat but the weights are
to help you the most. Add in some HITT sessions or LISS and you should have it coming off. Stay away from long higher intensity cardio sessions and it should start coming off

Last question for you Brother, example walking on a Treadmill at Home for about 45 minutes or so. on a Medium or preferbly Lower Treadmill setting yep? i am buying a new treadmill bro for decent price on Amazon so will do this more often. instead of randomly walking outside looking odd lol.
