After help from you kind people in the forum I’ve settled on Krypteia - 2 Days/Week
I just wondered how to do it leader/anchor/deload wise as per the book
I imagine it will be normal 5/3/1 % but because it’s Krypteia split over 2 weeks, it will be 6 weeks instead of 3 weeks for the cycle…
so 6 weeks of this, then 7th week protocol, then put the numbers up and that’s 1 cycle?
So do 2 cycles of that, then 1 cycle of anchor (by increasing the assistance as per the advice he gives on 2x2x2 templates)
Would that make sense?
