On one hand, offering the girl any sort of help will put pressure on her to return you the favour. She will reject you every time, because she will think you’re a pervert looking to guilt her into doing unthinkable acts. Then on the other hand, if you completely ignore her, you’re dismissing her safety and letting her fall prey to the rapists watching from the shadows.
I suppose I would still ask her is she’s okay walking home alone, and maybe suggests she calls her OWN friends for a ride.

Simply roll down the window and politely inquire “are you okay, are you safe, do you require anything?”. If she is in distress or wants your help, she will say so. Simple.
