How to Keep Weight After Dbol Cycle?

I wanna try npp so bad, but I’m so scared. Things are already sketchy in the libido department due to last SSRI use. I’m scared to do more damage. I’m also worried about the negative placebo. I’m very weak minded and if I think something will give me an advantage, it will, regardless if it works. Same as if I think something will hurt me.

I’m sure my starting point will be 170’s. If I get under 170lbs I’m quitting and will never work out again :joy: hopefully I’ll be pretty damn lean in the 180’s though.

I’m working on that right now. Lost 8 pounds already, standing at 195 now. Goal is to get to 190 and be pretty lean. Goal was 10% but I think for that I have to go to 185, maybe I’ll do that in May. Right now I think I’ll end up at 190 and 12%. (12% is full six pack and soft legs with my distribution)

Bulk doesn’t start before September so I have some time to lean out further during summer, before pushing the kcals up.

Goal then is to go to 210+ lbs and be jacked but I’ll do a leaner bulk than last time so I’ll not end up too fat for my taste again. We’ll see how that goes.

Markus Rühl once said “during the off season everybody was fat”, maybe he’s right after all.

@wanna_be I hope you know I was just joking above. I like your contributions on here and I think you are a great add to the community.

Lol well both points where true. I’ll probably never be the size I want, even with an IV of tren 24/7 :joy:

And I did disrupt a rather eloquent and thoughtful discussion, it was just as a joke though. The thread had run its course and there was way more insightful conversations going on after the fact.

That is lucky. If I get sloppy I end up looking like current day Paul Dillett (but white). One of my favorite BBers, really let himself go. Unfortunately, I look nothing like his before picture. Just the after.

As I side note. I really like this French band (Gojira). Some of the best drumming.

Not in the metal thread, but this is basically a BS thread anyway.

I’ll give it a go! I’m currently listening to the Warrant cherry pie record up and down. Uncle Tom’s cabin and Mr. Rainmaker are killer songs.

Also I started drumming about a year ago. It’s a damn fun instrument.

I dabble with drums. I’m not very good lol. I have no chance of playing that song.

Ok first off, somewhere should have been a photosensitivity warning. I nearly got an epileppi watching this.

Second, my beloved 80s90s hard rock, glam metal, metal now feels like girly music.

The drummer clearly is an absolute pro. Not necessarily my taste but he’s incredibly precise and fast. I don’t think many people have a chance to play this song on drums. That’s like a 900 lb deadlift.

Yep, the guy is a beast on drums. The whole band is solid. I like how they have done funk influence in their riffs. It is complex nerd metal, but also cool IMO. He is a master of ghost notes.

Fucking ghost notes. I swear I’m lucky if I can put the base drum hit exactly where I want it to be and these guys are out there hitting ghost notes on the most impossible time points.

I tried playing Rosanna by Toto on drums but it’s been a bit to tricky until now. I’ll get it this year though I think. It’s one of my favorite beats.

The very good new metal drummers are basically just showing off haha

If you haven’t run Masteron yet, I’d consider it. Its been great for me. I ran NPP about a year ago (I think) and had some ED issues. The addition of mast has helped my erection quality significantly. I do take cialis twice a week on pin days, mostly for the prostrate benefits but I dont mind the other benefits as well.

Was the benefits of mast formyou only there while you were using it? Or did it help correct some of the issues even after you stopped mast?

Silly boy, I never stopped LOL its part of my cruise now. What @unreal24278 likes to refer to as a permablast :joy:

To reach a genetic peak/max decades of training would be necessitated. Grinding out for a few extra pounds over ten years is likely to be somewhat insignificant in the grand scheme of things when considering use. I’d also argue it simply may not be worth using for the male at his genetic peak unless he wishes to compete and/or blast & cruise. The common rederick states gains past ones genetic limit cannot be maintained in the absence of a supra-physiologic androgen load. I don’t quite buy this as the muscular morphology/satellite cell expression within AAS users/past users differ from that of non-users, though I do believe there is something to be said about the maintenance of gains. I’d wager it’d be more difficult for a man at his genetic max to maintain excess muscle mass post cycle as opposed to a male who has only been training 2-3 years.

I don’t like to throw this term around. Plenty of people use a little “extra something” on a cruise, like 75mg test 75mg mast. This isn’t “TRT” but it can’t be colloquially deemed a cycle either, I refer to this as a modified cruise with a hit to lipids unforeseen with testosterone only. I currently use 125mg testosterone / week split up into two .25ml shots/wk

Not to judge, but you run 250mg test year round + 200mg mast (am I correct)? This is 450mg/wk. If I were to run 250mg test 200mg mast I’d gain muscle mass by merely looking at a weight, let alone adhering to a dedicated weightlifting routine. Granted I wouldn’t run this as I really don’t like testosterone within a performance enhancing context. It is quite frankly the most side effect heavy compound I’ve ever tried.

How much snow do you get up there? I intend to travel again (saving up) in early 2022 or 2023 provided international borders open. One of my prime concerns is snow… I want to see as much of it as possible. I want to be cooped up in an ice shack (fishing) with a blizzard raging outside while I sip on a nice cup of hot chocolate.

Well, that is definitely not the case for me. I do a full body workout 3 times a week and sit at about 212 lbs. Not a mass monster by any stretch.

I’m down in the south, we don’t get that much snow. We have snow a few weeks every winter and there are a lot of mountains nearby where snow is abundant in winter, but no glaciers. In Switzerland there’s glaciers but that country is so expensive, so Austria would be a good choice to see the alps. What’s even better is if you go north as the north of Germany has more snow and Denmark or Sweden has a lot of snow.

There seem to be some spots that just get massive snow (several foot) from one night to the other, like Boston. I don’t know of one here in Germany that’s not on a mountain.

I don’t believe this at all. I suppose it depends on how hard lined you are with the term but before TRT I peaked at 25ish after 7 years of hard training. I worked my ass off for the next seven and actually declined in physique only to discover is was my dwindling T. I’ve seen other guys get into a peak physique in 1-3 years with great genetics, hard work, and proper nutrition.

It’s a matter of how well you start out. Most people need to figure out what works the first 3 years. If you start out with a good program and nutrition, you’ll be at 80+ percent of your gains after 3 years. I think after another 3 you’d be at well over 90. I’d define genetic potential as equal or greater than 95% of your theoretic potential. (In terms of muscle one could naturally say that’s above 24-25 FFMI, depends on the individual obviously)

In my state, spearing fish in the winter is popular. You still sit in the ice house, but the hole is larger. My uncle has speared some good size Northern Pike (around 40" long). Most doing ice fishing / spearing are not drinking coco though (many here call the “sport” ice drinking).

Diminishing returns, or a asymptotic curve describes muscle gains.

IMO, if one is natural with good hormones and close to their genetic peak, it doesn’t make much sense to cycle. Blast and cruise, or getting on TRT may actually move the needle on muscle mass (significantly depending on what is employed), but a cycle will just add size, and then it will drop off in the months after the cycle. Additionally, ones genetic potential on TRT is different than natty. My goal is to get to my TRT genetic potential, while being lean, and then trying to maintain muscle mass while perhaps improving strength somewhat.
