How to Get B-12 Naturally Without Meat?

As title says ^

Are there anyway to get B-12 naturally without eating meat?

You again?

I thought you stopped posting here.

Shit…

Eggs and milk.

It would have been quicker just to Google it yourself…

Brewer’s Yeast is the old standby…I use it myself and notice a spot of energy from it.

Injections. Ask at the pharmacy for them.

Totally, also grow your own roots & tubers (carrots & taters) pull 'em out of the ground & eat 'em raw (maybe a good shake & wipe 'em on your shirt). B-12 is produced by bacteria in the soil.

Meat is easier & tastier though.

How about buying some Spike and ditching the level one status? How’s that for natural?

Seafood, cooked eggs and dairy.

There is some debate over vegetable from plant sources
“According to the UK Vegan Society, the present consensus is that any B12 present in plant foods is likely to be unavailable to humans because B12 analogues can compete with B12 and inhibit metabolism”

JUST EAT SOME MEAT, WILL YA!
