I’m guessing you being a nice girl yourself it’s difficult to see because you look for the good in ppl but it’s true, a lot of women are manipulative and like to play games, it’s a harsh reality but I like to believe there are an equal amount of nice girls who are straight forward, caring and trustworthy.

She might not be up to anything and just trying to make light of the situation not realizing it’s only upsetting you further. It’s not good to always be suspect of every woman that is flirting with you thinking they are just playing games, some are just naturally flirty and that’s their way of being friendly. It’s also not good to be naive and trust every and any girl either so stay aware, keep your guard up but don’t make assumptions too quickly and just shut them out completely for being “too nice” thinking they are always up to something. Misunderstandings and overreactions are all too common among those who act first and think later.

This is interesting.

I like a guy from my gym (my workplace gym not my training gym, LOL) and he has no interest in my at all whatsoever. But I very enthusiastically say hello and goodbye even when he ignores me or pretends to not hear me due to headphoneing .
Do you think I am negatively impacting his life ?
He’s just so sexy , my girl parts take over and I can’t help but feel thrilled at the site of him

I feel like you’re pretty strong and I don’t want to come off as sexist but can you just pretend to be a weak girl and ask him for a spot? Then you can tell him your name, your number, and your ring size. If you can get him to spot you during squats you’re basically already getting laid.

In all honesty - it’s really hard to make a move on a customer of the business you’re working for. If he was working and you were working out it’d be way easier, but as it is, there’s not much you can do but smile and hope he talks to you. Until then, enjoy the view.
