How to 'Fix' Cortisol?

Well, you can find some raw cheeses from France around. Most any blue cheese, like Roquefort, is going to be raw. Most of the other French cheese, like camembert or brie, seem to be pasteurized. There are some raw French gruyeres to be found, BUT THEY COST A LOT.

As for Italian cheeses, the Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan) is often raw, as is the gorgonzola.

All the German and Dutch cheeses I see are pasteurized.

Yes. However, if you notice from the links posted, the site that sells 1 gallon of coconut oil does so for use in candle/soap making, but lists it as ‘food grade’ making it fine for consumption.

It might be a form of price discrimanation.

Or food grade coconut oil can still be:

  • hydrogenated oil
  • bleached
  • refined
  • deodorised

I think I would rather not have coconut oil in my diet if I couldn’t afford a version I “knew” was ok.

That site also sells ‘organic’ and ‘virgin’ coconut oil in ONE GALLON tubs. ‘Virgin’ oils for sure are not bleached and are unrefined and cold pressed.

It is still far cheaper than buying it in stores: $32 for 1 gallon (128 oz)
