How To: Exercises?

Sorry for the total noobish question, but i am not all that familiar with the different lifts and how they are performed correctly. I am planning on starting CW’s TBT soon and was wondering if there was a book i can purchase, or some kind of site i can go to that actually shows working lifts in action? Thanks in advance

just looked at the website…they said that rows (bent over, cable) are done with back “flat”…thought it was supposed to be arched? like doing a dead lift? or have i been doing the wrong stuff for the past year and a half?

It should be with a flat back. However, if you start with an arch, it will keep your back from rounding when pulling big weights. Lockout on the deadlift should occur at the hips, not by arching the back.
