He’s a kid, with all the enthusiasm he’ll ever need and no idea at all what productive training looks like. I’ll take 10 of him over one more of on a diet of gerbil food who thinks Ryan Reynolds is the pinnacle of male physique achievement.
I see him as someone worth helping. He even responded to the criticism well, everything considered for a guy still in his teens. Yes the pics are a joke. He made very small lean gains and he did get much fatter than the lean payoff was worth, but I don’t see ridicule as in order so much as some stern tutoring. Why can’t one of these guys live near me?
Very well put, Tiribulus…!
And to that King of Pussies, JACKASS WEASEL, Disturbed says it all:
Punk-ass, are you listening
Can you hear me, or are you deaf and dumb to my language
Do the real words seem to hurt you
Well put em’ up motherfucker
You’ll feel it
When I stamp it on your forehead
So you will never forget
That you’re a reject
And you’re a no one
And you’re nothing
Little impotent one
I thought that was a troll job at first but after reading the thread and with the picture proof… i decided it was actually real… and frankly i just feel really bad for the kid… i mean i agree with trib, i think he had good intentions but really just had no idea what he was doin
and he definitely did look like he had downs syndrome as someone stated at the end of his “bulking phase”
Yeah, after reading the thread I can’t help but think of the mentoring aspect that TC brought up recently.
He tried to bulk up and seemed very motivated during this time. Imagine the progress the kid would have made had someone with more knowledge had been there to give him feedback and advise him during the bulk rather than after. It’s pretty clear he didn’t have that this time around.

I was distracted and hurried and have since corrected the typos. Any time you feel like going toe to toe on use of the English language college boy this 10th grade dropout will be elated to publicly spank your little pink ass.
Oh, i see what you did, you took my screen name, jacked diesel, and replaced it with words that kind of sound like it, hence jackass weasel, that was clever man, i will have to bring that into place next time a punk ass steps to me, it will probably offend them deeply, or confuse them, either way though, kudos.
Also, thank you for posting the link of the video to go along with those lyrics, apparently i am retarded and cant read, so i needed to have the lyrics sung to me, and in turn feel the full affect of the anger in his voice, again, nice touch.
Since apparently it is time to share songs, here we go, wheee!
I read 4 pages and not a one of them is over 20 years old. Most are under 17. If he would have posted here, he’d have gotten the same responses, except for the cutting part. If he’d actually put some intensity in his workouts he’d have looked better for 1.5 years. I really think THAT was his mistake for the most part.
That is an odd format unless you want cafeteria mayhem all the time.
I was a little rough on them too. Kroby says they offer sound advice and of course some guys over there are knowledgable and helpful and some of the articles are good as well. The forums here are still more serious though by far as a whole. I’ve never posted at a physique site other than here, not on purpose, but just because I never really found a reason to.
Am I the only one thinking that some of the bickering going on in this thread isn’t much better than what’s in that awful bb.com thread?
The kid made every mistake you could make, and posting in a ‘teen forum’ compounded his problems. But treating him like shit isn’t helping anything. It’s attitudes like these that make the “normals” at my gym think I’m a raging asshole because I lift big.

I don’t know if there is any bickering, per se…
Although, I was accused of being hypocritical, i.e., it was suggested that there was some irony to be found in my mode of communication…
However, any irony is ill-perceived. Simply put, if you speak Italian to a Frenchman, he’s not likely to understand you. So I spoke in the only “language” I felt people who would demean and belittle the efforts of a seemingly good-natured, well-intentioned teen would understand. No more, no less. But such is neither my preferred nor usual mode of communication.
I’ll leave the bickering to those who have yet to learn the difference between right and wrong.
I hate the rep power on bodybuilding.com reading the thread and everyone is constantly threatening to “neg” each other. I don’t really feel bad for that guy I screwed up when I first trained but that was because I worked to hard like doing 10 sets of deadlifts that is being stupid. Thinking 5X100 meters is hard work is just laziness probably put no effort into workouts.

Don’t be scared. It’s not like the Physique Gods are going to saw your hands off or anything if you put on too much fat. Just adjust your diet and continue.

!!!EUREKA!!! We have a winner boys n girls!!!
There’s been an amazing new breakthrough discovery. I hope everybody is sitting down.
IT TAKES TIME TO GET FAT.
Nobody wakes up one morning staring horrified at an enormous obese version of themselves in the mirror. Here’s a great idea. If you start gaining too much fat, I hope everybody’s still sitting, MAKE ADJUSTMENTS.
Congratulations to Doug Adams. Your special grand prize edition of Sweatin to the Oldies is in the mail.

Sorry, the Tony Little merch is on backorder how bout one of these.
Actually in all truthfulness many of these weenie products would actually get average people somewhere compared to how they’re living now.
I don’t know if anybody remembers Tony Little’s early commercials, I think he was selling some fitness program then. He actually knew what he was talking about as far as general principles regarding why people were in such shitty shape and how to get them out of it. He was a passable bodybuilder at one time.
