If 250iu was working, then go back to it. Some are prone to anxiety which hormones can exacerbate, hormones are like fuel for mental problems if they already exist or can cause mental problems where none existed.
The twice weekly TRT protocol may have been your problem from the start, T-cypionate causes spikes in testosterone and estrogen unlike naturally produced hormones. In these cases men should inject daily doses to minimize these spikes, I can tell you from first hand experience daily dosing was smoother emotionally.
It may not be the TRT or HCG causing the anxiety and panic attacks, it might just be you. You said you were doing fine and it sounds like all of these panic attacks came on suddenly.
The only thing you can do is lower the dosage and inject daily, but taking benzos amounts to chemical castration.

I had multiple mineral deficiencies after starting TRT, TRT seemed to use up a lot of my minerals which were previously on the higher end. The anxiety could be a way you body is trying to tell you something if you never had it previously.
I have never known TRT or HCG to cause anxiety and panic attacks on the levels you’re describing. If I had to guess I would say you’ve been on xanax previously and are trying to wean yourself off do to the sexual side effects and are running into trouble. I could be wrong.
I’m very sensitive to medicine also, I’m an AI over-responder. Have you tried cutting up the xanax into smaller doses to see if that provides benefit without causing chemical castration?
If I had to choose between xanax and clonazepam, I would choose the latter because it has a longer half life and is smoother and not to abrupt when it hits or leaves your system. Xanax has a short half life of 6 hours in some people and is harder to taper off than clonazepam.
Just try to take these drug infrequently and not regularly so you don’t build a dependency. Getting off clonazepam after 30 years was hell on earth and what dropped my testosterone, I was hypersexual and had no erection problems on it.
Yes i do i take multi vitamins and those have magnesium and i was not a xanax user maybe melatonin now and then and i took 1 0.5mg xanax first day 0.25 next and 0.25 next than doc said dont take if u have no symptoms and i stopped because i had no anxiety panicking feelings sleept well it was just no more hcg no more libido ![]()
Well I was suffering some anxiety and thought ruminations and the endo that used to post on this board had me up my Mag from 400 to 600 before bed. Took 2 days and I was better. It never came back.

I take 600mg of Magnesium Glycinate 10-15 minutes before bed. Titrate up if you don’t notice anything in 7 days. @physioLojik said he has guys as high as 1200.

I second the magnesium. Be sure to go with mag glycinate. The bulk of other forms have the potential to cause diarrhea in high enough doses. Some other great options to reduce panic and anxiety are pregnenalone (100 mg in am), omega 3s (up to 8 g per day as needed) and glycine (I take 5 g after workouts and 5 to 10 g before bed).
Some strains of kratom are great as well in moderation and cycled on and off as you can develop a tolerance. Kratom is banned in some states.
feel too sleepy the next day after taking all kinds of magnesium tried so far, didnt try glycinate.

How much magnesium and what type? Ive never noticed this. Admittedly I use a lot of supplements but tyrosine in the AM on an empty stomach really revs the engine.

Try the Mag Glycinate @400mg and @physioLojik always recommended a nightly cream on the legs instead of pills. I never tried it though. I do do an Epsom salt foot bath every couple of weeks.
It depends on how I’m feeling. Magnesium always makes me feel calmer. This can occassionaly lead to sleepiness at times. I run tense, so calm is always more welcome than stress, even if it comes with a touch of sleepiness.
Tyrosine is also in my pre workout blend but i going to drop caffeine now it also messes the already escalated condition tried that
