Yeah ive gotten a few people onto the tyrosine and they quit morning coffee. My adrenals arent quite so responsive (I could drink coffee before bed) so the coffee doesnt bother me with the tyrosine. But I do think for maximum effectiveness it needs to be taken on an empty stomach 20-30 mins before any calories.
Ive tried mag l threonate but didnāt āfeelā anything. I take magnesium for the calming effects and couldnāt justify its cost as a consequence.

True advantages of this kind of magnesium ver other is that it crosses the bbb and is supposed to have effects on cognition and brain health but this is not something you will feel in a few days

I use magnesium glycinate 600mg as well. If you want the best anti-anxiety from it take it before bed. Itāll help the following dayās anxiety. I take bulk supplements magnesium glycinate powder. You can get a years worth for basically nothing. Itās sold on Amazon or the bulk supplements website.
The before bed part seems to be the most important part.

I feel very sleepy the next day from all magnesium I take. I have not tried only glycinate. Do you think its worth trying, does it have a strong sedating effect like citrate for example?

I was told to only take glycinate so thatās all I take. He was very specific about it being glycinate and to start at 400mg before bed. I donāt get any sedating effects just better sleep and less stress the next day.
Depends on how you react to stimulants. Personally I need 3-4 coffees before I feel a thing. Guy I work with had 1.5g tyrosine and a coffee and he said he felt like he was on crack. Had a great gym day though ![]()
This is where I started too and one day said to physiologik I was feeling anxiety and having ruminating thoughts and he said to up it to 600 and poofā¦gone. He said some of his patients he has as high as 1200mg to find relief.

If you feel good then who cares about the lab (unless it shows something to worry about obviously). I havenāt seen many in HCG monotherapy that tout its effectiveness. Iām sure there are some but I just havenāt seen them.
U r ryt but my starting testos were 320 after hcg chk them i posted few post back but libido was good erections were hard everything fine except those panic attacks those staryed aftrr 5 months on hcg
