Your strategy would not change if you are on steroids or not. This has been explained to you by Bauber as well.
Let’s get some input from someone who made good progress as a natural and is now using instead of a guy who claims lifetime natty but somehow thinks he’s an authority on how both naturals and users should go about things.

The good doctor isn’t a lifetime natty, that’s why he knows.

Whether he is a natty or not I would prefer to hear less from him generally as he clutters the threads with his posts instead of leaving room for the more accomplished posters. Its an irritation to have to wade through his ill informed posts to get to the detail spelled out by those who know how to do well in this.
There might come a time I want to add pure fat to my frame ( heaven knows why ) in which case I will follow what he says to an T but until then I want to hear what those people who know the correct way to bulk have to say.
Some people acting like professor doesn’t know a thing are being a little silly. I believe he knows a great deal, but is just a dick, so its easy to write off what he says and resort to the funnies. It’s also quite easy to argue with someone who seems to enjoy debating/arguing/whatever he wants to call it. It would be cool to workout with x though, I don’t think he’s this much of a sourpuss in real life.

No one told you to add pure fat to your frame…so again making shit up is a waste of space on this forum.

But if my goals are to add muscle I would not listen to you as I dont think our goals mesh. You I reckon add about three-five pounds of fat per pounds of muscle gained and are happy doing that and I am happy for you but many here do not want to be as fat as you
I agree, making stuff up is a waste of space.
Just like when you lied, made up a fake quote that Brick never said and then used it to try to talk down to me.
Definitely a waste of space.

Maybe he didn’t see it?
O rly?
I didn’t think of that.

Although I agree with most of this, here is the conundrum: Even if X were to offer some sound advice in these threads, it would be after he’d already pissed off every other poster with all of the other useless ramblings that come from his mouth. My point is, X does seem to be a pretty knowledgeable guy. But, virtually anything that he has to offer to these discussions could be gathered from other accomplished posters without any of the arrogance or condescension. So, really, why would anyone ever even listen to X when they could get the same info from someone else without the attitude? X really doesn’t have anything unique to add to these discussions and that coupled with his attitude makes for one largely disliked poster.

True. I think time away from the forums would help keep the nitpicking to a minimum. After ten years and lots of posting, nothing new really ever popping up, I can see how he turned in to the arrogant condescending gentleman today. It’s not rocket science, so people acting like there is sooo much more to it or that its hard seems to rub him the wrong way. Like a relationship, its easy to look past certain things, but after a decade of the same little things, it becomes fight worthy. Argument for argument sake. A little time away seems to help. I know when I avoid the forums for a while and then come back, I’m like, “x didn’t day anything that crazy here, so why is everyone jumping on him.” But after being back and seeing same crazy over and over, I’m ready to bring out the pitch fork and have an X roast.
Ridiculous how hypocritical X can be. Anyone who posts about bulking or getting big but in his eyes hasn’t done it gets berated. Then X feels the need to post how steroids change nothing yet claims to never use. Makes sense

Ten years of posting!!! Fifty Thousand Posts!!! Not to be proud of really, no wonder he always says " I dont post much lately " Deep down he is deeply ashamed of needing this site so much that he posts as much as he does.
I’ve never understood why ever single thread that X posts in has to turn into this! Give the guy a break…yeah he can be a dick and some of his views are questionable, maybe his approach/goals differ from many, but does every one of his posts necessitate 5 plus posters all attacking him? How do you guys want him to respond? He obviously has a lot of pride and determination judging by what he has accomplished in school, as a professional, and whether or not anyone wants to admit it he is a tank…he may have a higher bf percentage than many of us are comfortable with, but that’s for him to decide.
What I’m saying is, there’s no way he’s going to just back down or be intimidated off of this site, as he obviously enjoys it, as I’m assuming we all do. I understand why people get irritated with him, but everyone that calls him out repeatedly in every thread is just as responsible for these threads turning into shitstorms. All right, rant over!

this shit pisses me off. so hes aloud to be a disrespectful fucking tool for so many years yet where not aloud to call him out on it?
he bought everything on himself with his attitude, arrogance and lack of respect.
^Yeah, posts like that accomplish nothing besides giving him an opportunity to act like he is justified in what he does. Bottom line: Talk shit, get hit. X constantly acts condescendingly towards other posters and that is why he gets treated the way he does. Not to mention, all of the guys that “attack” him are guys that he has previously pissed off. He’s just getting what he deserves.
Lastly, the only thing X seems to enjoy doing on this site is starting arguments. It just baffles me how someone can act as rudely as he has for over a decade and still have guys like you coming in to defend him. Ridiculous. Stop being an enabler.
