How to 'Bulk' For Naturals

I think meal timing, maybe carb timing more than anything, does have an effect but that the effect isn’t all that big.

Yeah me too. I mean I follow CBL’ing lol. I think there is DEFINITELY merit too it, just don’t know why PX is bringing it up when he thinks someone saying gaining 5% BF is too ‘bro-sciency’ to discuss.

Yes, because I feel some slight variances in food choices doesn’t have anything to do with the ‘perfection’ of a meal plan. If you ate hamburgers and pizza one day, and it didn’t exceed your caloric or macro needs for the day, why would that be better/worse then getting to split up the cals/macros in another meal?

I’m not sure what a perfect plan even means lol
I am not clear on why I can only discuss things that YOU personally feel are relevant to you.

Oh wait…I can discuss whatever I please. Go fig.

Kindly avoid posting if you see a post that is ON TOPIC yet discussing something you personally can not find the relevance in.

It will save the rest of us from the screams of butthurt.
No one said that. Once again, I’m trying to see how YOU feel it is relevant to gaining. If I don’t see how it relates, I don’t see how asking is such a sin.

lol and I guess I’ll give you a pass because you’re old, but this isn’t what butthurt is btw (that means “by the way”).

Don’t do it spidey, don’t get sucked in.
Avoid the temptation to respond to the trolling.

My original post was about why it is relevant. You are not making sense.

Ok, so one of the reasons you feel kind of being ‘looser’ with a bulk, is because you can’t predict your daily schedule, so you can plan out pre-set meals the days before?

Am I understanding that?

I actually wrote that sometimes food choices need to change in my previous response to you…a point to which Mtagg wrote that he would recommend someone eat a hamburger or pizza to get the calories in…which means you are arguing over what exactly?

Because I dared to discuss the fact that food choices may need to be changed to meet caloric requirements so the “perfect plan” may need to be modified?

This is what you claim has NO RELEVANCE?

Are you fucking serious with this?
No one mentioned bulking up. All that was said is some people may fall for eating less trying to eat “perfectly” when they need to be more focused on the overall calories and not their idea of “perfect food choices”.

Trying to make more of it than that is asinine.

Trying to claim this is irrelevant to a discussion like this is asinine.

Who are these people. It’s very rare to run into people who don’t eat enough these days

Oh, I am sure no one exists who does not eat enough because they are very afraid of adding any body fat at all.

Yep, I am betting NO ONE on God’s green Earth has ever had that fucking problem.

Thank you, sir for keeping us from discussing something I am sure no human in this solar system deals with.

Hmm…Well I don’t know anyone serious about lifting who knows their macros and caloric needs who would do this. I guess someone may wait later in the day to eat more ‘quality’ food over crap from McDonalds, but if you have an understanding of caloric/macro needs it seems like a non-issue. But I guess it can be relevant to those who don’t understand that stuff, so fair enough.

I am not sure why guys like you are acting like you are the end all of discussion on gaining or what is relevant.

Let guys like Bauber speak more with that tone.

You, not so much.

So be it.
