I was wondering about best way to increase strength during this period. Where should i put exercises such as deadlift, squat, benchpress, OHP and how often do them? Also what kind off progression should i use (number of sets, reps etc.)
@martym81 if you’re looking for order of exercises, frequency, and a progression model, you don’t have a program, you have a list of exercises. Big difference.
