Sound good?
NO! Are you listening to these guys!! You seem to have a misconception about how all this works. Obviously your previous training has done practically nothing for you due to various reasons. Any of the following will work if you eat right…
Dogcrapp
20 rep squats
5x5
10 x 3
Read up on these and the others suggested by everyone else. Eat, train hard and recover… repeat!!
Be serious and, if you feel the need, start a log and we will all pitch in when needed.

I won’t comment on 10*3 now, but I’d strongly advise to take DC training off this list. He has zero experience (no offense), it would do little past some initial gains for him.
Imo 5*5 (not the 5-worksets/same weight version, do the original pyramiding up thing…)
Or a proper bb 3-way or 4-way, 4-5 days a week…

I stand corrected. Take it off the list and consider it a few years down the line
incline bp seems to be touted here. why is it better than just flat bench for chest mass?

I don’t think it is, I think it’s a variation of incline, flat and decline that with heavy weights that will give you size.
I feel it more in the upper part of the pecs when doing inclines though, and that’s usually a harder part to fill out from what I’ve seen.
Those exams sounds like a certain higher schools certificate my friend! good luck, we’re all going to need it!
haha yeh mate. lots of effort in them
