starting next week i am starting my new sups. i have purchased Biotest creatine, Surge, Spike, and just some 100%whey that i have had for a while. what order should and when should i take these. i know for sure the Surge is after i work out. thanks for replys!

I recommend using your Surge and Creatine post workout anywhere from right after to an hour later. Whatever is convenient for you. The Spike should be used whenever you desire a boost in your energy levels and hits pretty quick within ten to fifteen minutes you will feel it if not sooner. Your protein use between whole food meals to supplement protein intake.

what are your goals?
here are some general guidelines
1/2 serving Surge pre/during workout
1/2 serving post workout
5g creatine in each of these 1/2 serving
Spike 30-60 mins pre workout
use 1-2 scoops whey right when you wake up then have breakfast 2 hrs later
Spike can also be used before a night out with the ladies…
haha, thanks. i was just alittle confused because they say to use the Surge after and i read alot about taking the creatine before. my goals are just to become a bigger guy. im not trying to become a huge lifter i have just been making a big habit of going to the gym for the past 3-4 months and i really enjoy it. ive always been small and had a hard time growing muscle so i want to give my self and edge without getting to crazy. because of this i will not load the creatine.
Preferably orally.
Spike before your workout, creatine an Ssurge immediately post workout or peri workout. Whey, when ever it fits into your schedule.
