Sorry - God, How I love to deadlift. If I could only do 1 exercise. It would be to deadlift. I deadlift x1 per week. Usually heavy. I’ve broken PR’s for the last 4 weeks straight. I Squat x1 a week 2 rotating between ME and DE days on Sat. I will probably start an Ed Coan or Wade Hannah Dead routine when I plateau just to change things up.
