Ryan, assuming that you have your diet and training in order, I really don’t see a reason for you not to use Mag-10. In all honesty, if you’re using it to gain mass, it may be unnecessary, but you’ll still get results.
If you're planning to use it for cutting, then I would highly recommend it, and I feel that you would get a great deal of benefit from it.
It is my belief that you will experience no side effects at all from Mag-10.
Joel, the approach I will use is free for all on thursday and on sunday one meal free for all then for the remaining eight hours high carb, medium protein, low fat. Im already small and don’t have problems gaining weight so I should be allright I believe, or hope so.
Also, today I felt extremely sluggish and just straight down. I felt like crap basically worthless at the gym this morning! I can’t waith till thursday afternoon.
Thank you. I have a while to think about this. I will look for more oppinions, I will also be looking for the most effective way to stack it with methoxy.
Sorry, completely forgoet to answer that part of the question.
I think the best way to use to two of them would be to start taking the Methoxy-7 immediately after your Mag-10 cycle, possibly just before it ends.
Although Methoxy and Mag-10 work through different mechanisms, I do not know if there would be very much benefit to taking both of them at the same time. A better idea would be to use the Methoxy along with M and Tribex to help solidify your gains after your cycle. You might want to overlap your cycles by a few days, but more than that would be silly.
For the first week off of Mag-10 and on Methoxy-7 I would run the Methoxy-7 at a double dose; if you can afford it two weeks of this are probably better. This should really help you cement your gains, and also allow you to keep your calories up without putting on too much fat.
I am doing a fat fast with a 7 hour carb up 2 times a week. My question is if I am eating under ten carbs a day except on carb up days do I need to take ALA everyday to see any benefit or is it something I can just take maybe an 1 or .5 hour before carbing up and throughout the carb up?
Thanks, Groove
Groove, sorry to jump in for Joel, here, but I think I may have some insight to offer.
Although you are taking in minimal carbs, you will still see benefit from using ALA every day. Insulin sensitivity is not really a day-by-day thing. I'm assuming you will be using a thermogenic product, so both the Caff. and the Epherdra will cause insulin resistance. Taking ALA will help counter that.
A dose of about 400mg on non workout days should work. On Workout days, if you use surge, I would up it to about 600mg; and on your cheat days 600-800 would work. Hope this helps.
The data is not conclusive; regardless, taking everyday certainly isn’t going to hurt if it fits in your budget. If not, I wouldn’t deem it ineffective to take it with carb containing meals only.
Keepimg with Jasons request in a previous thread that we respond after we get the info we need, and because I truly appreciate the help I get from you guys, Thanks!!
thanx. Hows this sound. 2 weeks methoxy, followed by 2 weeks mag-10 followed by 2 weeks methoxy,E, and tribex?
and i will be cycling md6 and t-2 throughout.
Ryan, I assume that we are talking about a plan for fat loss. That being the case, the supplement strategy you’ve laid out sounds perfect; I think you’ll see great results.
If you were talking about muscle gain, it still sounds very good, although i would be sure to increase the dose of Methoxy-7 after your Mag-10 cycle. Should help you retain your gains.
