Usually twice a week. Once suited up and once either raw or in briefs and a belt. the briefs/raw session I go off a box and use bands. Not quite a speed day, as i go a bit higher in percentage than what Louie says, but the focus is still more towards speed of the movement rather than maxing out.
Once a week
3 days per week here.
Mon- heavy front squats for a triple
Wed- Overhead squat volume work(5 reps, 3 sets)
Fri- Back Squats 3x10 pyramid sets(exhausting)
Anywhere from once to 5 times a week.

Really? How do you recover from 5x per week with the amount of weight you are moving? Holy crap.
2-3x a week, along with deads 2x per week usually lol.
