I normally have a beer with dinner on training off days. Maybe 2-4 drinks (beer and whiskey) once every couple of weeks.

3-4 nights a week according to the stress of the day. I limit it to a 2 drink minimum during the week, weekends with friends the wife and I will have a few more.
Only time I get drunk now is by accident, if I forget to eat. I will a lot of the times be the one cooking at the BBQ, and will be drinking due to the heat. I will put in a dip of snuff and before I know it can get dangerous. But I have learned. [/quote]

I guess I never really told my story,
I used to drink a lot when I was in the Navy. That’s what you do when you’re a sailor I guess. The guys I worked with were big time into the “work hard, party harder” mentality and we would get after it (especially on work trips when we’d be out of Coronado)
Back then it was probably 5 nights a week and anywhere from 6-12ish drinks a night easy and not be hammered (lol sounds so bad now)
The last time I got really wasted was after coming home from deployment and going out with a bunch of buddies from work. There were 12 of us and we ended up at this bar. I bought the first round of Jäger Bombs and started drinking jack and Cokes between shots. When the round came all the way back around for me to buy again I knew it was time to leave lol.
^^That was 2 years ago. I don’t like being the drunk dumb guy. It just looks so trashy and is something that kids do… Not adults. Now I’ve been having a glass or two of wine with dinner on most nights (ok basically every night)
EDIT: also, I dont get hungover. I wake up super early the next day if I’ve drank a lot the night before but I always feel fine (I think if I got hungover I wouldn’t be a drinker lol)
From the looks of it, more often than most here.
I’ll get drunk once or twice a week. Rarely do I have just a single beer or two for the hell of it… I don’t really see the point. I do like a glass of red wine when I cook steak, but I know if I have a glass the bottle will probably end up empty… so I don’t buy a bottle too often.
I drink less when I’m in a relationship, but it’s been a while.
I quit 2 months ago and its done wonders for me ![]()

I get drunk every wednesday (beer, rye, whiskey: to excess) and might drink once more in a week, lately not so much. Luckily I get crippling hangovers which keeps me from drinking all week. My circle of friends has alot of alcohol abuse (barstaff), so I party with alot of people that go hard 3-4 times a week, plus drink at work. I can’t keep up and don’t bother trying. I pump it all out in 1 night.
If I’m not planning to get drunk I generally don’t have any alcohol at all.

I’ve put on 35lbs since Sept without having to change which notch I’m using on my belt… work pants are tighter around the thighs but not around the waist… so I don’t think it’s affecting my current goals much, even though I’m not obsessive with measurements.
When it (eventually) comes time to diet, i.e. change goals, I will probably need to cut back.

Lol and NO, as a former fat ass balance brother balance. Also when I drink I always keep a dip of snuff in my mouth and I dont spit. Always helps kill hunger pains.
Depends on the weather. Winter, I dont like to go out much as I hate cold. Summer, its nice to enjoy a beer during the week and on the weekends.
I brew, so i definatley like my beer…
I would say I get hammered 1-2 times a week, maybe have a beer or two on another night.
Copenhagen is also a motherfucker.
I dont think it really affects my fitness goals that much, train hard and play hard. If im training for a competition its obviously another story.
