I would say my usual workout would be 75 min but it can vary between 1 and 2 hours 5 days a week.
I work at the gym so I know everybody so usually I will sit around and chat after while I drink my shake so if I’m not doing anything after I easy spend two hours in there.
I can NEVER do legs in under an hour, back is probably my quickest day.
The way I train is certainly not the most efficient but I enjoy my time in the gym and I make the most progress from training like this out of the things I have tried.

Slight correction because I’ve been thinking about this thread training this week and paid more attention…More or less 2-2.25 hours 4 times a week.
