I eat about 2 g/lb of BW. I’d say if I ate 1-1.5 g/lb I would still have no problem putting on LBM. But since I have such a BIG appetite and 2 g/lb isn’t putting on fat, I go w/ the higher #.
I’ve gone with about 1.5g/p/bw for years now. If I go any higher I end up using too much pro pow. Any lower and I just dont feel like I’m being a good bodybuilder!
