So if my LBM is roughly 90kg and I guestimate that 35% of it would be skeletal muscle because I do not count the fat I should be around 31,5 kg. That is conservative though, because 40% of 105 is 42.
If each kg is able to hold 20-30 g of glycogen that puts me in the 630 to 945 range and if every g of glycogen also retains 3-4g of water I am somewhere in between 1900-3800g just from glycogen in the skeletal muscle. Adding the additional 50-100g in my liver I could be around 2050- 4200g.
Given that I am absolutely, positively able to store at least 2kg in my stomach and intestines + the additional water of course and adding in the effects of overcompensation after having gone low carb, 6-7kg difference in LBM seems to be absolutely realistic to me.
