Hahaha, I didnt even realize.
I didnt even realize, haha.
I have a friend that gets 200lbs out of his Fury.
It is going to be different from person to person. The better you master the shirt the more you will get.
Cant remember for my Fury, many years since I used that. But I gain 55 ish kg in my 42 F6. 98 kg bodyweaight, 120 raw touch and go, 175 meet lift.

Wow, Ive been talking to people all over the internet, they either give me a number like that, or theyll give me a very low number like 20 pounds, I guess it does very from person to person, but that much?

depends, if I peak my shirted bench… like when I train for a meet, my RAW goes down a little bit… so I get anywhere from 60-80kg… last serious training cycle in titan fury single ply was in october 2005…
when I peak my RAW bench, and just put the shirt on I get between 30-40kg… then RAW bench is higher and shirted lower…
so in 2005 was like this…training for a bench meet, my raw was about 170-180 and i benched 250 in competition… (weights in kilos)… of course time was spent into shirt technique and getting stronger at the lockout, so RAW bench suffered…
after that I decided to train raw few months, got my RAW to 200kg, and just put the shirt on out of fun and got 230… so I got 30kg out of it…
so, my best ever carryover is 70-80 kilos… when I go for it, and not less than 30kg when I dont touch my shirt even for a longer periods of time…
gavra
I am juts starting out in equipped lifting and I got 20-30kg out of a 2nd hand Fury I could get on and off myself.
I have a new one know and it looks like I’ll be getting 40-50kg out of it pretty soon.
I have a relativly strong lockout so the shirts seem to gel well with me.

Cool man, does your good lockouts come naturally or with hard work?
