How Much Do I Need to Gain 15-20lbs?

That’s the level of leanness I think you should strive for. It’s sustainable too. Much lower is difficult for non genetically gifted IMO. That’s the level I would want before starting any kind of cycle.

0-1000mg, anywhere in between. There’s so many variables to building muscle that have nothing to do with your testosterone, it’s nearly impossible to guess.

You’ve made excellent progress so far. Just spitballing here.
It’s in the diet and rest/sleep when you grow. You already stated you train with intensity especially due to ADHD. Maybe this affects your rest/sleep/recovery times.

If so, you may be able to continue to get growth/gains by finding a way to improve upon those important times for recovery.
Unfortunately I am not familiar with this area, but someone on here may be.

Get that lean again, then revisit your bulking goals. You’ll have a better idea of where you want to go and will be in a better position to set short and long term goals as well as how to get there. Getting that lean again gets you to the starting line.

Add Vitamin D, Zinc, & Magnesium to your supplement protocol. You also might want to consider Boron.

You want to maximize your natural testosterone production and while these aren’t test boosters per se, not having enough of them will limit your natural production.

That, eating more, & training hard enough should get you at least halfway to where you want to get.
