How Much Caffeine to Use as a 2A During "Testing"

Hey coach,

Was wondering during periods of testing max lifts of feats of power how much caffeine would a 2a use for optimal results? I know in another thread of mine you said normally a little caffeine would be fine from a 2a, but usually under 200mg unless one is testing. I normally have around 100mg pretraining with 150mg of theamine(supposed to be calming yet enhances performance effects of caffeine ie synergistic) during the accumulation block i am currently in.
