How much Arimidex to take for very high E2

Pinning 200MG weekly, broken down in 2 100MG pins. I have felt off for the past few weeks, can’t sleep… No libido… Tired . Acne…

This all stemed once I went from 120MG a week and jumped to 200MG. I finally did blood work and as follows .

Total T is 1722
Estradiol is 117

I got a script for Arimidex and just took 1mg little bit ago.

My question is, how long do I have to take it? How many mg should I take as I see various around the net?
Should I take it daily or few a week? I don’t want to bottom out E2 as I’m bumping down to 120MG a week as that’s when I peaked with libido and felt better.

This is all new to me and I’m trying to comprehend and learn. Thanks guys

That was probably a lot. I’d start with .25mg after an injection and assess from there every 2-3 weeks.
