My weekly work out routine involves
monday, chest
tuesday, arms (bicep, tricep and forearms)
wednesday, legs
thursday, shoulders and traps
friday, back
I do abs usually 3 days a week, mon wed and fri.
My question is should i do calf workouts three days a week also, ive read that they heal quicker so their able to be worked more often. And what kind of ab workouts do you guys do. Ive been doing weighted sit ups holding the Db at my neck. And leg raisers on parallel bars.
Is their a good alternative to weighted sit ups that doesnt put strain on your lower back. (remembering i dont want to do 1000’s of reps). Cheers for replies
