How Many Rest-Pause Isolation Sets?

Hey CT,
Just an update on the 3 sets to failure on my isolation arm exercises which has gone really well… But after reading your article Forced Growth: A New Way to Build Muscle about rest pause sets I’m going to implement these as well as mechanical drop sets…

In terms of volume and frequency I hit biceps and triceps 3 times a week. With the rest pause sets, how many should you I do per session, 1 or 2?
