I am from England.
I tried doing the squat thing with a weight on my back (40kg), and i dropped it, not because it was heavy because i couldnt get a good grip on it and it was hurting my back

Dude, I hate to pimp my own thread, but have you read this…

Read up on the nutrition articles, checkout the videos on form, find yourself a decent workout, and get going. No need to worry about supplements at your age, though protein powder or Surge wouldn’t do any harm.
So, no point in patting yourself on your back any longer… get to work.
One reason you have a six pack and can do 20 pull-ups is because you are very light. It is still very good to be able to do 20 pull-ups, but let’s face it, you’re not really pulling up a lot of weight at 15 and with 12" arms.
If you are to do “any one thing”, I’d say find a way to hang 10 pounds from yourself and start doing them weighted.
If you were to do “any two” things, I’d consider adding a few hill sprints a couple of times a week to your routine.
EAT!

One question: do you have a 6 pac?
Is that 2pac’s bigger, more gangsta cousin?

No, 2pac didn’t really die, he fell in a vat of MUTAGEN X and grew three heads, so now he lives in the sewers by day and fights crime at night under the name 6pac!
I added 20kg onto myself, and yet i still managed 20 pullups, i personally cant see how its helpin me by addin weights, it feels no different
In that case, add 400 kgs…
45 more pounds and you didn’t feel a difference?

Maybe he’s a mutant with super strength, just like The Thing, The Hulk, Superman and others!
This is starting to smell…well…troll like.

I’m calling him out.
Just how much weight can you add before you can feel it? 60kg? 100kg? How much do you crunch with your six-“pac”?

There four possibilities:
1.You mis-counted the poundage that you were hauling up and down the bar.
You are deliberately lying
You are a troll and pretty much whatever you say means nothing.
You have some sort of speical ability that sets you apart from normal humans.
Which is it?
