It’s an interesting read, but I’m responding very well to the dosage. If you think about it, 30
g of fish oil is equivalent to the fat content in 2 portions of salmon.
As far as the dosage goes though, My joints are functioning so much better, I’m never sick, and my recovery time is so much lower.[/quote]
Yeah, I think that you’ll always find studies for and against anything, but the bottom line is how something affects each individual. I like to think I’m pretty intelligent and analytical about my training and supplementation, and I’ve slowly moved up to the point where I take what/how much of something that I’ve currently reached. Joints feel better, naturally leaner even when eating a ton, seem to recovery better,… sure I burp fish throughout the day, but after a while, I don’t even notice (but the people around me sure do -lol)
And besides,… is anyone here actually taking 30g a day?
Yeah the fish burp is something to get used to lol. Right now im at 20g a day, Keto diet though(for 3 more weeks! Then on to carb cycling if eveything goes according to plan).
I have taken 30-35 a day when dieting down before though, and I felt no ill side FX. I think its important to have a decent amount of fat in there when dieting ESP because of the effects on your joins from the heavy lifting.
yeah ive had lemon caps before so its not so bad. Even so, im used to it by now, but yeah man if you use it on a keto diet, Flameouts and Fish oil fuckin incinerate fat.

Lol,… ya’ know,… that reminds me of a little joke Nate Green shared with us when we were training with CT in Colorado (hope this reads well being read instead of being told)…
Two Whales are sitting in a bar,… the first one looks over to the second and says…
I take Carlson’s fish oil in a concentrated “Medical” strength oil. It’s great because it seems to be the equivalent of 10 of those Costco pills but it’s only half a teaspoon. Easy.
