I usually eat 8 whole eggs for breakfast
6 eggs as a snack later in the day
then 10 whole eggs with a quart of milk before bed.
So typical for me, is 24 a day
That’s a lot of eggs man.
Thanks for the responses.
Was there ever a conclusion to the debate as to whether Omega 3 eggs were actually getting the Omega 3 to you they claimed? I understand they just feed the chickens flax… is this merely a marketing gimmick?

I’m liking it. Steely, can we get some pics to see how big you’ve gotten? Are you going to compete one day? You’ve gotten big my friend
Jesus you got big. What are your goals? You gonna keep getting bigger?

LOL! I don’t think I’m that big. I’m chasing a bench number.
I know that’s not the goal of ‘bodybuilding’, but I train somewhere in between a PL and BB approach. I don’t ever foresee stepping on stage in ‘contest condition’ but I do have plans to do some PL meets, but strictly doing PL training I don’t think will give me the volume I need to grow.
i eat 20 a day for the past 2 months, ten scambled in the morning, another 10 at some point in the afternoon or evening.
a) i feel a lot better somehow - although i do also eat 500g of brocilli a day too
b) cheap and tasty - £1.60/50 for 140g protein, nearly half the days intake
…20 eggs/day. Cool.
Did you get your blood work done? many people tell me they’re bad for the liver, and I’d really like to be able to give them some counter examples(not that they’d have any examples) (if not a medical explanation) Anyone know anything about this?
I used to get between 6 and 20 everyday. But then my body just couldn’t handle them (bloat, gas…), now I can’t even have one egg without those reactions
