Hey guys, just curious to note how long it takes after a cycle until natural T kicks in and your hormones begin to balance? Just finished PCT and feel loss of libido.

What did you take? How long? What was PCT? How long? Age and bloodwork?
Test cyp 500. 10 weeks. tamoxifen For two weeks as PCT. age is 25. Going to wait a month or two before getting bloodwork after pct
Yeah run Nolva for longer than two weeks, your system is still trying to get up & running again. Any bloodwork?

No bloodwork. Going to give nolvadex another week before getting it done. After PCT when do you feel your system is back and running?

No one can really say how long it’ll take, everybody is different, and it depends a ton on where you were before you started and how low you were after the cycle, which is why I asked about bloodwork twice. Since you’re just shooting in the dark here, I’d stay on Nolva for 4 weeks total 20mg daily and get checked after that.
This should be n the pharma forum, you don’t cycle TRT so most guys in here haven’t and won’t run a PCT. That said, shut down is shut down. It doesn’t really matter which drug or how long you ran it, a PCT is a PCT.

From what I’ve read over on the pharma side a typical pct is Nolva 40,40,20,20 starting 2 weeks after the last Test Inj. Then they do bloods like 2-4 weeks later, possibly a bit longer, it can take a while. This seems standard no matter what the cycle was. So you’re not looking at blood work for 2-3 months afyer your last injection.
Others with actual exp please correct as needed.

Two weeks after last injection I’d want to check bloodwork, then do 4 weeks of Nolva and if I don’t feel better, check bloodwork again. If I feel good, but want peace of mind, I’d still get checked after 4 week PCT
This is just a waste of money. You know you are still shut down. I would get checked 4-6 weeks after PCT. That might even be to soon depending on what compounds you were running and the length of cycle.

How much Nolva are you running? It’s typical to reel like crap during PCT.
Takes me 1-2 months after I FINISH Nolva to start feeling really good again.
Did you wait 2-3 weeks after your last injection to start nolva? Or did you start popping Nolva after your last shot?
You should have had blood work done before cycle to see your baseline. You should have ran nolvadex for 4 weeks not 2. I get blood work 1 Week after pct, that’s about 7 weeks after last injection. All my blood work is normal but it might not workout the same for you. You need to make sure the synthetic compounds are completely clear of your system before starting pct. For test cyp 14 days after last injection should be enough time. Next time do research. Everything I told you can be discovered in 15min with google.

Get a new trainer and/or advisor. Preferably someone who is not incompetent. I hope you’re not paying for that kind of really bad advice.

I did all of that. Except I’m now doing nolvadex for 3 instead of 4. Do you think it’s crucial to do all 4 weeks?
Waited 2 weeks. doing 40/20/20. Do you think a fourth week is necessary? Not really feeling bad at all and my balls are working fine. I’m on my 3rd week.
I’m not the best person to ask. I’ve run two cycles, and on my third currently. Both cycles I ran 40/40/20/20 nolvadex and recovered well both times. In fact, my natural levels jumped from 550 to 745 3mo after my last cycle. So I ask, why risk it? What’s the reason for not doing four weeks? Recovery is the most important part for guys who PCT. You could recover fine, you could take slightly longer, you could take a long longer, who knows.
Nolva doesn’t really give me any sides, so I wouldn’t risk it personally.

How do you know your balls are working fine? Did you get lab work to confirm that? What exactly do you mean your balls are working fine?

No apologies needed. I wasnt intending to come across as an asshole, I just didnt want misconceptions that you were back to firing normally yet when you could/should possibly extend your PCT an extra week or 2 if you are only in week 3. Blood tests would be 2-4 weeks after PCT.
