How Long To Stay Off HOT-ROX?

I already threw out the bottle. How long do you stay off HOT-ROX before taking it again???

4 weeks, after using it for 3 months at a time.

You threw out an empty bottle, right?

yeah. forgot to read that part. It was only half full if that. So I guess I can use the new one for another… awhile lol. I only used 5 weeks worth.

Actually, two weeks is plenty to desensitize your body after 12 weeks of use.

Desensitize…maybe.

Let your CNS recover and body return to normal…I do 3-4 weeks.
