How Long to Recover from Aromasin?

So 9 days ago I took roughly around a 1/4 of an aromasin 25mg pill and I haven’t felt right since.

Dry skin, muscles have went extremely soft and depleted, wrists, ankles and knees clicking constantly and sore, cold all the time etc

I have been struggling to getting dialled in for a long time as you might see from my previous posts but over last month have been trying to increase my dose and see how I respond like some suggested, couldn’t deal with E2 symptoms but without drawing bloods, I know from experience with Adex that even if I take 1/3 of a pill I get the same symptoms as I am now but tends to resolve quicker.

Is it normal that 9 days have passed and I’m still feeling like this from aromasin? I know the half life is short but even if I’m making E2 again is it possible that E2 receptors and tissues have potentially become desensitised and takes longer for everything to balance out again?

Think I remember @systemlord mentioned that tissues and receptors take longer to recover.

Is there anything I can do to speed this up or potentially fix this quicker?

Could I take more testosterone until it goes back to normal?

I can’t even lift weights etc as I can’t even get a pump, it’s awful and my wrists feel so brittle, lesson learned not to mess with AI’S and let the body balance itself.

My testosterone dose is 37.5 mg Test E every 3.5 days and 125 IU HCG EOD so bare in mind my E2 wouldn’t have been that high anyway.

Not being able to go to the gym is really affecting my mental health and is the biggest concern for me.

Since taking the aromasin when I inject testosterone it feels like it has zero effect or like injecting water lol

I’ve thrown it out and won’t touch it again that’s for sure but wondering if it’s usual to feel low e2 symptoms 9 days after

From my experience aromison is more mild than arimidex. Tanking 6mg shouldn’t tank your e2 unless it was really low to begin with.
I crashed my e2 once with arimidex and it took a solid few weeks for it to come back up to where I felt better. It’s not the aromison holding you back from recovery it’s just taking your body time to get back. Good luck. I know how shitty it feels.

Yea it was lowish anyway and I had been taking 1/3rd arimidex pill the few weeks prior, basically I’m an idiot

Just give it little more time. I’m a pretty high aromotizer and take virtually the same TRT dose as you and have pretty high estrogen but midddle of the road e2 and esteroidal and feel fine and the doctor is also fine with it. I’d get some bloods done if you can to see where you are now.

It all depends on how long it takes your body to produce aromatase enzymes.

No.

Is it not possible though that even if your e2 bounces back and you are aromatising that it can still take the tissues and receptors possibly longer to repair and recover?
