It has been about 8 weeks since taking Aromasin ( 2 doses over 2 weeks per doc advice ). My estrogen was crashed to 5 on ultrasensitive testing. I had estrogen labs sent off but Quest lost them of course , so now I am waiting for another order to get it drawn again. Can it literally take over 8 weeks for estrogen to rebound after a significant crash like this from Aromasin ? I have all the symptoms of low E2 . Getting this stuff dialed in is becoming a real pain in the ass.
How much aromasin did you take and what is your test does? I find it pretty hard to believe your estrogen crashed from (25-50mg?)aromasin.
Yeah my previous estrogen was 40. I took 25mg Aromasin, and then 12.5mg the week after. I go my labs back finally which were taken literally just before i took my 12.5mg dose of Aromasin and it was crashed down to 10. After the 12.5mg my doc said it’s likely it went down significantly further and that I am a hyper responder to AI and probably should stay away from them which i agree. My Test dose is 50mg twice a week for a total of 100mg a week test. Cypionate.
Are you sure your taking aromasin? All it does is block conversion. It would lower it over time because you would be blocking the test to estrogen conversion but not overnight as your experiencing.
Why did you take it in the first place? Just to combat a number or did you have high estrogen symptoms?
If this is all true you would be a very low converter and it’s prob gonna take a few weeks to come back. You could do 1 big shot of test in hopes of a greater conversion rate to build it back up back that is just an experiment.
Im 100% sure im taking Aromasin. I didn’t have any real symptoms but the doctor was not happy about the 40 number and I stupidly went along with it. Yeah from what I understand it’s a suicide inhibitor and you have to wait for new aromatise enzymes to be made. Thats how it was explained to me since they couldn’t get my anastrazole dosing correct. I swear, this feels like rocket science at this point and even the doctors have been scratching their heads. All I know is I am done with AI for now on and if it creeps up and gets too high im just going to quit TRT.
Dont do this… If you werent having itchy nipples, there was no reason to take an AI… Dont read too much into the number either… High test, high estrogen, thats how it works. AIs and any type of e2 control has caused me nothing but grief.

Im right there with you at this point. Not touching an AI unless I have a nice enough rack to get hired at a strip club .
