I am currently taking 60 mg 2x per week enanthate.
I have been doing this for 3 full weeks and beleive my e2 to be elevated.
I have not done bloods since starting.
About how long will the liquid arimidex take to work at 3x per week to equal .75 mg ?
Should a week make a difference ?
I don’t have first hand experience with exactly when my E2 was in check after starting anastrozole. Intuitively I would think it would take a little longer to see change. The free E2 has to be used up before any will come off albumin, which isn’t that hard to do when levels get low. However the E2 bound to SHBG needs more convincing to dissociate. Any free E2 will have to be metabolized before it can be excreted. My guess would be 3-6 weeks.

Really ? Wow…
I will likely wait about 3 weeks to do blood work then
I notice an effect within days if I mess up (forget to take or take too much). But - that is me deviating from my dialed-in level. It could take several days to bring it down significantly if yours is especially elevated.
Anastrozole works darn quick. I would say you should feel a difference in about one week but give it two before your next BW. Two weeks would give you plenty of time for everything to level out.

Yep… Once my E2 was around 50… I took my first Anastrazole, and woke up with raging morning wood the next day I hadn’t seen in months!
Of course then I felt awesome for a couple weeks, and starting to crash slowly again once my E2 got below 18 or so and drifted lower. I would find out later that you need to be careful not to slide below the sweet zone, or the symptoms will be just as bad as high E2!

I have no idea how some can run around with E2 levels above 50-60…
I hear of some dude’s running in the mid 100’s…
Mine was 70 for a little while… I felt like Death… No energy , ZERO motivation, my smokin hot wife looked like a nice piece of art…
