How Long to Deplete Carbs?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but if I cut my carb intake down to 50g after consuming over 200/day for several months, how long will it take to deplete those stored carbohydrates? Are they even stored at all? Thanks ahead of time

If ur weight training intensely (from what I’ve read and experienced) it should take probably 3-4 days. More reps and sets are obivously better at burning glycogen than vice versa.

elusive,

You are obviously referring to 3-4 days of TRAINING, no?

I know that liver glycogen, for instance, is used overnight by the body but don’t think muscle glycogen is tapped during that time, only through (intense) physical activity.

I have been noticing this carb load/depletion effect lately.

Yes, 3-4 days of training. I guess I didn’t make that clear in my initial post. O BTW, High intensity cardio can also help burn some glycogen.

So, juggling two Brazilian nurses at the same time would suffice?

Sweet!
