I was wondering if you guys had any advice on exactly how long you should could “cut up”.Im currently in a bulking phase,and just curious what a “realistic” goal would be,where I wont lose an extreme amount of muscle.(is the 1-2 lbs. a week still the norm?)-my current bodyfat is around 10%.Thanx…
Cut-up until you reach your desired body-fat range or you begin to lose too much muscle. There’s no hard and fast rule…The slower you lose the fat though, the easier it is
