Lets say you have low testosterone levels and you decide to inject 100mgs of Test Prop. Now testosterone propionate has a short half live and will leave your body within 48-72 hours.
My question is how long does it take for your test levels to go back to baseline after that one injection. Example: would it go from baseline to 1000ng/dl then drop right back or below what it was as soon as the test is out of your body? Or would there be a gradual reduction?
I guess what Im asking is after how many days will my blood levels would go back to baseline.
I hope this question isnt too complicated 
I thought prop had a half life of 2.1 days. So after 4.2 days your test would be back down to base line. If you only took 1 shot. Every shot made after the initial, would bring your number higher taking more time to leave the body.

OK here we go and I’ll try to make this brief and simply. One single shot of 100mg of Test Prop will not actually effect or turn off your endogenous test production.
Depending on the half life theory you subscribe too you will know how long it takes to clear. BOnzz is clearly using the method I favor namely carbons atoms x .7. Prop has 3 carbons so 2.1 day half life.
Remember though that its not linear. So after 4.2 days it isnt all gone but rather 75% gone. After 8.4 days its 87.5% gone. Equally true, prop by weight “costs” you about 18%. So 100mg of Test Prop is really more like 82mg of Test. Which in turn means 41mg after 2.1 days and about 20mg after 4.2 days and about 10mg after 8.4 days give or take a bit.
They say the average guy makes something like 35-75mg of test a week; there is a variance there of course. So lets pretend you make 50mg a week. And you do this one time shot. If after about 4 days you have an extra 20mg of test on top of your body’s natural 50. Quite honestly your bloodwork numbers will largely be the same

Bonzz, 4 or so days later, the exogenous test levels would only be a quarter as high (two half lives = 1/2 x 1/2) as they were on the first day after the injection, which isn’t quite the same as “baseline” or the “zero exogenous test” that I think you’re suggesting.
I really don’t see one injection being particularly suppressive though so levels should start to normalize relatively smoothly and I imagine a blood test a week later would demonstrate that fact.
Not sure what your purpose is, but if you need a short-term burst of testosterone, you’d be better off using test suspension than prop.
Ok, Thanks for the breakdown Saps! SO blood levels would not get affected but would be affected with larger dose and would be a little longer of clearance if more test prop was taken?

No I dont need a short term dose of test and yes 100mgs prop would be worthless I know.
I just wanted to know what the clearance time of prop would be for a blood test to read baseline or lower. Thanks for your input!

This is semantics I know: Blood levels will get effected since you add all that test to all your own test. What is not effected is your endogenous production of test.
SO say at the end of a cyle of prop you Wait seven days would your test levels immediately be down to shit as soon as that last drop of test has been out of your body? or would it slowly go down over the next week or two?
