Me and my friends are debating on how long it takes to poo out beef after consumption.
I think its 8 hours, they think its 22+ hours.
I think thats ridiculous, please tell me who is right. i know this is petty and stupid, whatever.
8-12 hours for myself, I figured that out a while back after eating some REAL spicy food.
It’s different for everyone depending on metabolism and state of gastro intestinal tract. Could be 12 hours, could be a week. They have done studies where subjects consume meals laced with tiny ball bearing’s and they monitor when the exit hte body etc.
